A study carried out by Impulso Gov projects when the pandemic can be controlled in Brazil.
In the study carried out by Impulso Gov, it was possible to project when the pandemic in Brazil can be controlled. Based on public data on national vaccine production and imports, and considering the number of people in priority groups in the municipalities, it was possible to point out three scenarios for the advancement of vaccination.
From the data, it can be seen that by the end of June vaccination will cover a significant portion of priority groups. In the worst case scenario, the forecast is different and the more than 77 million people who make up the priority groups can only be vaccinated at the end of the year.
The study, coordinated by Marco Brancher, an expert in data and health at Impulso Gov, also projects how vaccination can impact the reduction of deaths in Brazil.
